Anyway, there’s some cool bright colored makeup at Hot Topic. It’s good quality at a really low price! I got this purple Manic Panic “Lip Locked” lipstick for $7 and it’s smooth and long-wearing. I love this purple color because I can layer it on for a more edgy look or apply it lightly for a nice purple tint.
